COMMER International Ltd. was established in 1994.
Being one of the leading international transport companies in Bulgaria, we strive to provide the best integrated services for our diverse clients across all sectors in the industry. Our main activities include ship brokerage, time chartering, ship agency, freight forwarding services, vessel management, joint venturing in sustainable projects and many others.
We decades long background in operation of owned and time-chartered vessels (dry cargo, bulk carriers and heavy lifts), our team is reliable, proficient and efficient. Our vessels have sailed the Black Sea region, Mediterranean, West Europe, Persian Gulf, Africa, Asia and America. Some of them have been chartered in consecutive periods and have been under Commer’s operation up to 5 years period. The great experience in the chartering business allowed our staff to build up strong partnership with many Turkish, Russian and European ship-owners.

In 2007, COMMER International launched additional services in the field of container transport, increasing the satisfaction of our customers and gaining the trust of several foreign partners and booking agents from around Europe, Middle-East and the Far-East.

Since 2008, in response to the economic crisis and the subsequent stagnation in the shipping business, the company enhanced its activities in the field of brokerage services as broker of various cargo ships with tonnage of 3000-30000 DWT. We strengthened our position on the market by entering as a charterer’s broker for grain cargoes ex Bulgaria.
