Nepal Claims Bureau
Situated in Paknajole, Kathmandu, Nepal Claims Bureau happens to be the oldest Survey and Investigation Agency in Nepal, the first of its kind in the field of like technical services. Although it started catering services in the year 1966/1967 it was registered with the then His Majesty’s Government of Nepal in the year 1977 by it’s founder Late Madhab Bahadur Thapa. At the outset it started doing Motor claims only but with the advance of time and experience it began doing Fire, C.A.R., and various other risks involved in Engineering and Machinery erections/breakdown etc.
By and by it came to diversify its activities in response to increasing demands of its services and in 1975 began doing Marine loss also. Thus with an experience of survey and investigation of losses for about five decades now, Nepal Claims Bureau has been handling for years various kinds of investigation entrusted to it by various Insurance Companies at home and abroad, such as, Bank robbery, Fidelity Guarantee, Fire, Storm, CAR, EAR, Marine and a lot of other risks covered under General Insurance Policy.
As of now, we have surveyed and assessed the loss of the biggest fire, marine and Contractors all Risk claims in Nepal.
Organization
Our firm employs engineers from premier institutes apart from the engineer owners. Company operates from Kathmandu with adequate and trained support staff.
For specialized and complex technical domain knowledge, we have a pre-identified panel of reputed technical experts and engineers in different fields whose services and expertise is utilized on a case to case basis.

Nepal Claims Bureau is the oldest Insurance Surveying Company in Nepal which is registered with Government of Nepal, Beema Samiti (Insurance Board of Nepal) as a “A” Grade licensed Surveyors and Adjusters.
