WD ASSOCIATES CO LTD was created in the year 2000 and the company is now proudly staffed with shipping professionals both in terms of qualifications and with vast / varied experience of the local and international maritime markets.
The company is based in the heart of Port Louis city and next door to Port Louis Harbor. Through our strong worldwide networking and our unrivaled way of working we are able to respond to all our shipping major’s needs. In fact, our main focus being on providing best port agency and related services at a very competitive rates.
Our Port Louis market share for oil-rig / drill-ship operations is over 75%, fishing vessels around 25% and for other casual calls via bunkering, technical, repair and / or crew change operations, not limited to maritime-security matters is to the tune of 8 – 10%.
Our agency operates on a 24 hours basis throughout the year and we have also strong bilateral agency agreements with few regional shipping agencies in South Africa and Reunion and Madagascar.
We have also strong mutual understanding to name a few of our important shipping partners in Cyprus, Greece, Monaco, UK, France, Spain, India, Geneva, Singapore and selective far east countries.
